Hannah Shepherd is an intellectual property and entertainment attorney who advises clients on brand protection, rights management, and complex litigation.  She has experience litigating on behalf of major film and television studios and video game companies in high-stakes copyright, trademark, and contractual disputes, as well as cases involving bankruptcy-related intellectual property issues.  She also counsels entertainment and fashion industry clients on emerging intellectual property challenges, helping them mitigate risks in an evolving digital landscape.

A frequent contributor on issues affecting brand image and intellectual property, Hannah provides legal insight on branding, influencer agreements, and digital media rights.  She is an associate member of the Los Angeles Copyright Society and actively participates in discussions shaping the future of intellectual property law.
