Constance Kang is an associate in MSK’s Los Angeles office, focusing her practice on commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Constance represented corporate policyholders in a variety of insurance coverage disputes, including commercial general liability and property matters. Constance also has explored her passion for law through a number of pro bono matters involving asylum claims, federal habeas petitions, and death penalty proceedings.
