Bryse Thornwell Receives LCLD Atlas Award

December 6, 2023

MSK Associate Bryse Thornwell was selected for Leadership Council on Legal Diversity's (LCLD) 2023 Pathfinders Program, designed to provide high potential, early-career attorneys with tools for developing and leveraging relationship building skills, foundational leadership skills, and career development strategies.

During the seven-month program, Bryse participated in professional development programming ranging from in-person meetings to virtual sessions and online learning modules. The program culminated in October 2023 at the LCLD Fall Meeting in Washington, D.C., where Bryse was named as one of the inaugural Atlas Award winners. New this year, the Atlas Award was designed to recognize Pathfinders who showed the highest levels of engagement throughout the program.

Bryse joins LCLD’s Alumni network, which includes more than 5,000 attorneys who benefit from ongoing access to leadership development, business training, peer-to-peer mentoring, and relationship-building opportunities.

LCLD is an organization comprised of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners with a mission to promote diversity in the legal profession by nurturing the next generation of diverse leaders.
