Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp Promotes Intellectual Property Litigator Lindsay Edelstein to Partner
Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP is pleased to announce the election of Lindsay Edelstein to the firm’s partnership, effective January 1, 2025. Edelstein, based in New York, is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property, entertainment, and media law.

Edelstein, who is in the firm’s Entertainment and IP Litigation Practice Group, represents clients in a wide range of copyright, trademark, and related litigation matters across a broad range of industries, including fashion, beauty, luxury, travel, technology, media, publishing, music, and entertainment. Her experience spans federal and state courts, as well as proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Edelstein received her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and her B.A. from Emory University.
