MSK Client L3 Technologies Merges with Harris Corporation

July 3, 2019 – MSK Client L3 Technologies, Inc., a major military electronics contractor, merged with Harris Corporation on Saturday, June 29 to form L3Harris Technologies, Inc., the sixth largest defense contractor in the world. 

MSK attorney Robert Lowe advised L3 on employee benefits issues related to the merger, including change of control issues, applicable to its pension, 401(k), deferred compensation, and health and welfare plans.
