MSK Is A Founding Member of Newly Launched Copyright Alliance Legal Advisory Board
The Copyright Alliance, a nonprofit organization comprised of numerous motion picture, television, music, sports, broadcasting, publishing, software, photography and other creative associations and companies, has announced the formation of a Legal Advisory Board to advance copyright strategy and foster closer collaboration with firms representing the Alliance's institutional members and other copyright owners. MSK was the third firm to join the Board. "Attorneys at MSK contributed significantly to the text and enactment of many federal copyright and e-commerce-related laws passed in recent years, and bring unique insight to copyright analysis, protection and enforcement that will benefit Alliance members," stated MSK Managing Partner, Thomas Lambert.
