MSK Prevails; Java Oil Limited and Brightside Services Limited

David Steinberg prevailed in Div. Eight on December 2nd when the Court of Appeals affirmed a prior judgment against a Sacramento attorney, for initiating and prosecuting a fraudulent lawsuit in Gibraltar. After a bench trial, the Gibraltar judgment was deemed enforceable under the Uniform Foreign Money-Judgments Recognition Act.
