MSK Client VBI Vaccines Inc. Announces Merger Agreement

On October 26, 2015, VBI Vaccines Inc. (NASDAQ: VBIV) (“VBI”) announced that it entered into a merger agreement to be acquired by SciVac Therapeutics Inc. (TSX: VAC) (“SciVac”), for consideration consisting, in part, of common shares of SciVac having an aggregate market value over $100 Million on that date. The transaction is subject to closing conditions summarized in the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by VBI with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on October 26, 2015, including that the combined company be listed on NASDAQ or the New York Stock Exchange upon closing.
