Mark Hiraide will be speaking on the panel, "Thirsty for Funds? Using Credits, Grants & Other Vehicles to Finance Production" at the Black Entertainment & Sports Lawyers Association (BESLA) 36th Annual Conference in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico.
