Real Estate Gift Opportunities: Overcoming Obstacles

West Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa, California
June 3, 2016
8am-9:15am

David Wheeler Newman will be speaking on Real Estate Gift Opportunities: Overcoming Obstacles at the Western Regional Planned Giving Conference presented by the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning.

But, risks associated with real estate – both real and perceived -- have caused many charities to miss out on gifts from this asset class.
