Lauren Wachtler will be speaking on the panel titled “Social Media and Its Effect on the Jury System” at the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section Annual Meeting, held by the New York State Bar Association.
This multi-dimensional panel will examine issues surrounding the use of social media by jurors and by attorneys during voir dire and the resulting actual and potential impact on jury trials.
