This presentation will provide an overview of the JOBS Act rules, regulations, the new Title III regulations, insights into raising capital in compliance with the new regulations, an overview of risks for companies and investors, litigation realities, and a broader discussion of factors to consider when counseling clients about crowdfunding. 2nd Friday of each month.
