Join Jennifer Post and Mark Hiraide in understanding the key provisions of the JOBS Act that is critical for advisors working with emerging and middle market companies seeking to raise capital and for clients that aspire to launch crowdfunding websites. This presentation will provide an overview of the JOBS Act rules, regulations, the new Title III regulations, insights into raising capital in compliance with the new regulations, an overview of risks for companies and investors, litigation realities, and a broader discussion of factors to consider when counseling clients about crowdfunding. 2nd Friday of each month. Networking 11:30pm - 12:00pm; meeting 12:00pm-1:30pm. $25/pp for lunch and program materials. Attendance at affinity groups is a member benefit. Only ProVisors members are invited.
