Event Details: 

Please join our free, virtual roundtable session on Wednesday, October 12 from 3:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. EST, where our panelists will recap and discuss key takeaways from the morning’s oral arguments made to the U.S. Supreme Court in Warhol Foundation v. Goldsmith.   The live audio feed will be available here during the argument. 

The roundtable’s panel includes:

William E. Evans, an attorney with Goodwin Procter LLP, who co-wrote an amicus brief on behalf of various art foundations supporting the Warhol Foundation;

Simon J. Frankel, an attorney with Covington & Burling LLP, who co-wrote an amicus brief on behalf of various art museums in support of neither party; and

Philippa S. Loengard, an attorney, scholar, and Executive Director of the Kernochan Center for Law, Media, and the Arts, who co-wrote an amicus brief on behalf of herself, in support of Goldsmith.
