Estate Planning for the Family Office Client—A State of Flux
This session will discuss the estate planning challenges and opportunities for the Family Office client in light of the current proposed legislation, which very well may be enacted legislation by the time the Program convenes.   We will cover some of the techniques which may be limited by the proposed legislation as well as techniques which remain available to reduce the estate tax burden.   There will be time for questions and an interactive discussion as well.

Early bird registration ends October 1, 2021. Discounts available for previous Executive Education participants, and Pepperdine students, alumni and staff.
