Seth Pierce has been selected to speak at the American Securitization Forum Conference in Las Vegas on February 10, 2009 on the subject of "State Mortgage Finance and Foreclosure Avoidance Legislation." Seth co-authored a chapter in the recently published Navigating the Subprime Lending Industry, Aspertore Books (2008), on the Constitutional issues related to the economic meltdown.
