A Conversation with Mark Hiraide on Equity Crowdfunding

Join Southwestern Law School's Biederman Entertainment & Media Law Institute on Thursday, January 28 at 7:30pm PST as MSK Partner Mark Hiraide discusses raising capital for entertainment deals with an emphasis on the recent changes to the equity crowdfunding rules. The program will be co-hosted by Professor Michael B. Dorff and MSK attorney and Professor Orly Ravid via Zoom. All students, attorneys and industry are welcome and RSVPs are required by January 27, 2021. CLE credit will be available to registered participants.
