Lauren Hazday is a member of MSK’s Immigration Practice Group in the Firm's Los Angeles office. Lauren advises clients on U.S. federal immigration and nationality law, nonimmigrant visas, and permanent residence. She provides strategic guidance on employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant matters including O-1s, TNs, L-1s, H-1Bs, and E visas. Lauren helps clients obtain permanent residence through the Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researcher, Multinational Manager, and Labor Certification categories. Her clients have included companies in the pharmaceutical, management consulting, financial services, and entertainment industries. The daughter of a Cuban immigrant, Lauren witnessed firsthand the impact that status in the U.S. can have on an individual’s life. Lauren is committed to helping clients navigate the complexities of immigration law.
