• Represented a music label and management company in the landmark sale of Grammy award-winning, diamond and platinum catalog assets to a major record label.
• Represented seller in the strategic divestiture of a company in the alternative investments sector.
• Represented a foreign mobile game development company in an international sale of a leading mobile video game to an interactive entertainment company and game developer/publisher.
• Represented the luxury skiwear and lifestyle brand Perfect Moment Ltd (Nasdaq: PMNT) in its initial public offering.
• Represented a blockchain gaming company in connection with a license of its proprietary blockchain technology to a game developer/publisher.
• Represented Vicinity Motor Corp (TSXV: VMC) (Nasdaq: VEV) (FRA: 6LGA), a North American supplier of electric vehicles for both public and commercial enterprise use, in connection with the uplisting of its common stock to the Nasdaq Capital Market and its direct offering of common shares and warrants.
• Represented ResearchDX, Inc., a pharmaceutical company, in the sale of a CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited clinical laboratory and related licenses and assets to Lucid Diagnostics Inc. (Nasdaq: LUCD), a commercial-stage medical diagnostics technology company.
• Represented FOXO Technologies Inc., a technology company applying epigenetic science and AI to modernize the life insurance industry, in their merger with special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) Delwinds Acquisition Corp. FOXO is now publicly traded on the NYSE under ticker symbol ‘FOXO.' 
• Represented Peraso, Inc., a world leader in the development of 5G mmWave silicon, in their Technology License and Patent Assignment Agreement with Intel Corporation. 
• Represented the Benchmark Company, the sole book-running manager for an initial public offering and Nasdaq listing of Heart Test Laboratories, Inc. (Nasdaq: HSCS, HSCSW), a medical technology company focused on applying innovative AI-based technology to an ECG (also known as an EKG) to expand and improve an ECG’s clinical usefulness.
