Christina Lewis is a Partner in Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp's Los Angeles office. Christina's background in estate planning, trust administration, asset protection and business law gives her clients unique access to cross-disciplinary insight. She works with clients to plan and implement strategies to transfer family wealth and accomplish personal goals in a tax efficient manner. Christina advises fiduciaries in trust and estate administrations.

The other part of her practice focuses on providing clients with comprehensive transactional services for a wide array of corporate and business transactions, including the purchase and sale of assets, the purchase and sale of shares, incorporations, dissolutions, assignments, transfers, terminations, partnerships, joint ventures, strategic alliances, licensing and other complex or commercial business arrangements. The transactional side of her practice includes drafting, negotiating and advising clients on all types of documents and agreements, including shareholder, partnership and joint venture agreements, by-laws, association agreements, severance agreements, employment agreements, consulting agreements, noncompetition and nondisclosure agreements, representation agreements, management services agreements, leases, franchise agreements, license agreements, distribution agreements and other agreements and documents used in the operation of our clients’ businesses.
