Harris Quraishi is a member of MSK's Corporate practice. Harris has represented issuers in a range of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, debt and equity offerings, and tender offers, and has advised clients on corporate governance and SEC compliance matters.

Harris externed for Judge Vernon S. Broderick of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. He received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he served as a Staff Editor of the Journal of Law and Business. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
