Calling it a "Real Big Copyright Victory" for Hollywood, Corporate Counsel recognized the importance of a preliminary injunction granted seven motion picture companies. The movie studios, represented by Munger, Tolles & Olson and Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp (through its IP Practice Co-Chair Robert Rotstein), successfully argued that a software program enabling users to make personal copies of DVDs on up to five computers violated the DMCA.
