Sysorex Global Holdings Completes $20M Initial Public Offering

Mitchell, Silberberg & Knupp* announced that its client Sysorex Global Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: SYRX), a technology solutions and services company, completed its initial public offering (IPO) of common stock for gross proceeds of approximately $20 million. Wellington Shields & Co., LLC and Dougherty & Company LLC acted as the co-managing underwriters in connection with the IPO.
