Suzanne Steinke will be speaking on a panel titled "Negotiation Ethics in ADR" at the ABA Section of Labor & Employment Law - ADR in Labor and Employment Law Committee's Midwinter Meeting on February 11, 2011. This panel will discuss how to avoid ethical problems in a variety of ADR settings, and how to negotiate these issues when they arise.
