Simone Del Barco is a Labor & Employment associate in MSK's Los Angeles office. Simone represents employers in a broad range of employment litigation, labor relations, and workplace matters.
Her practice focuses on defending employers in disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other employment-related claims, as well as advising on labor relations and unfair practice issues. She has experience handling matters in arbitration, before administrative agencies, and in state and federal courts, and regularly assists clients in navigating complex statutory and regulatory frameworks.
In addition to her litigation practice, Simone advises employers on workplace compliance and risk management, including employee discipline, protected leaves of absence, disability accommodations, and management rights in labor relations. She also conducts and supports workplace investigations and provides training to management and human resources professionals on a range of employment and labor topics.
