Ariana T. Addo-Yobo is an associate in MSK’s Los Angeles office, focusing her practice on commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ariana represented employers in all aspects of employment matters, including single-plaintiff and class action matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and whistleblower claims, as well as representative actions under the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). Ariana has also explored her passion for law through pro bono matters involving domestic violence restraining orders, housing disputes, and the Innocence Project.

Prior to her legal career, Ariana was a certified public accountant (CPA) working in the financial services industry, where she advised clients on complex tax compliance matters, specializing in private equity and capital markets.
