Serineh Terzyan is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp, where she defends and advises businesses on a wide range of state and federal labor and employment matters. Her practice includes representing employers in cases involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, workplace investigations, wage and hour disputes (including class and PAGA cases), leaves of absence, reasonable accommodations, employee benefits, and unemployment claims.
Serineh represents clients across various industries, including financial services, healthcare, retail, hospitality, and restaurants, and advises on investigations. In addition to her litigation and counseling work, she advocates for clients in legislative matters statewide, including direct lobbying efforts. Her practice has involved handling high-stakes and high-profile cases. Notably, in 2020, she contributed to securing one of the top 20 labor and employment settlements in California.
