Awarded $136 million, the largest U.S. copyright verdict to date, on behalf of 23 Recording Industry of America Association (RIAA) member companies against Media Group, a CD manufacturing plant. This verdict was upheld on appeal and protected from discharge in landmark bankruptcy proceedings.

Negotiated the executive employment agreement, and related issues, for Finbarr J. O'Neill when he joined Reynolds and Reynolds as its new President and CEO in 2005. Mr. O'Neill had previously served as President and CEO of Mitsubishi Motors North America and CEO of Hyundai North America.

Successfully represented the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) member companies in DMCA litigation against 321 Studios. Secured summary judgment and injunction against the company, blocking further distribution of its infringing software.
