The Hollywood Reporter Recognizes Bill Cole and Russell Frackman to its List of 2009 "Power Lawyers"

William Cole and Russell Frackman again were listed among 100 of the most influential lawyers in the entertainment industry nationwide by The Hollywood Reporter. Cole, an "expert in interpreting guild agreements and labor laws," and Frackman, who successfully argued a recent Ninth Circuit case of first impression which applied the First Amendment to the use of trademarks in video games, are not new to this annual list of top legal talent.
