Russell Frackman Named to the List of Top 75 IP Litigators in California by Daily Journal

The Daily Journal has released its annual list of Top 75 IP Litigators in California, and once again MSK partner Russ Frackman was recognized for his extensive work in 2008, particularly defending entertainment industry clients "in cases ranging from the use of trademarks in video games to representing NBC Universal Inc. in its efforts to police the Internet for unauthorized material from the Summer Olympics."
