Seth Krasilovsky will be speaking at the Beverly Hills Estate Planning Council (BHEPC). His presentation, titled “The California No Contest Clause: Heir Today But Gone Tomorrow," will be held at the Intercontinental Hotel in Century City on December 8, 2014.
Within the last four years, California law has significantly altered the landscape of a traditional component of many estate plans – the no contest clause. This program will provide a brief history of the evolution of the no contest clause, an analysis of the present state of the law, and an examination of its treatment under recent case law.
