MSK's Labor & Employment and Immigration Departments will host the annual Employers' Legal Update on Thursday, January 12. At this breakfast meeting, our attorneys will discuss key legal developments from 2011. Topics will include:

- Wage and Hour Law
- Immigration Law Impact on Employers
- Other Legal Developments Impacting Employers
- Pending Decisions and Potential Legislation
Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. The program will begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 11:00 a.m. Two hours of MCLE credit will be awarded.
