YouTube and Veoh Decisions

Russ Frackman will be speaking on a panel at the National Association of Recording Merchandisers' October 13, 2010 program. Russ' panel will discuss the YouTube and Veoh decisions in the context of the Grokster and Napster cases that precede them and whether Congress should re-engage on these issues. Russ was lead counsel for the record companies in the landmark Grokster and Napster cases.
