Presented by the Beverly Hills Bar Association's Immigration Law Committee and the Entertainment Section, this program focuses on teaching in house counsel, entertainment attorneys, immigration attorneys and staff the details of visas for artists, musicians, entertainers, athletes, performers, etc. This panel will provide practice tips for successfully obtaining O and P non-immigrant visas for your talented clients. The discussion will cover eligibility, filing procedures, preparing the necessary applications and forms, evidentiary requirements, the dreaded RFE, and other related matters. The discussion will conclude with a Q&A session.
