Adam Levin Recognized as One of the National Law Journal’s “Top 50 Litigation Trailblazers of 2014”

December 2014

Adam Levin was selected as one of the “Top 50 Litigation Trailblazers of 2014,” which was published this week by the National Law Journal.

The National Law Journal highlights the trails blazed in one of Levin’s first major cases – Lyle v. Warner Brothers Television – centered on the First Amendment’s protection of offensive speech as part of a creative process. This groundbreaking case will continue to be applied in the creative arts where speech is fundamental, thus helping define the limits of free speech in the creative workplace.

Levin represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including serving as lead counsel in numerous high profile employment discrimination, wrongful termination and trade secret/unfair competition cases. He also represents management in labor arbitrations, National Labor Relations Board hearings and other administrative proceedings, and in litigation involving right of publicity, invasion of privacy and related claims.
