MS&K "Power Lawyers" Among Hollywood's 100 Fiercest Advocates

The Hollywood Reporter has named Russell Frackman, John Schulman and William Cole to its 2010 "Power Lawyer" list of attorneys "most influencing the entertainment business."  THR noted that since the famed 1984 Betamax case, Frackman "has been involved in the cases that define current copyright law."  Schulman, with "an esteemed 25-year career at Warner Bros.," became eligible for the list when he joined MS&K this year.  Cole's work on behalf of major studios in high-profile labor matters and behind-the-scenes preparation for Guild and union negotiations was also recognized.
