Security Distributing & Marketing
May 4, 2010
In the April 1st issue of Security Distributing & Marketing, MS&K Corporate Practice Chair Les Gold's article, "Overlooked Coverage is Costly" appears. In it, Gold stresses the importance of security alarm companies having both general liability and errors and omissions insurance coverage, using the Supreme Court of Indiana decision in Tri-etch, Inc. et al v. Cincinnati Insurance 909 N.E.2d 997, 2009 Ind. LEXIS 634, as a cautionary tale.
