Represents pro bono clients referred by Public Counsel and has participated as defense counsel in the Federal Indigent Defense Panel program.

 

Representative Matters

  • Represented the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) in Internet copyright enforcement litigation.
  • Member of the trial team that represented the family of Fred Goldman in the civil wrongful death lawsuit against O.J. Simpson resulting in a jury verdict and judgment of $33.5 million for all plaintiffs. 
  • Member of the team that represented the Estate of Armand Hammer in connection with litigation concerning the distribution of his estate among heirs, putative heirs and charitable institutions.
