  • Handled substantial copyright cases involving popular songs, including “Ghostbusters,” “Flashdance (What a Feeling),” “Thriller,” “Save the Best for Last,” and Mariah Carey’s song, “Thank God I Found You.”
  • Represented a major film actor and a television celebrity in defamation cases.
  • Participant in a U.S. Business Litigation roundtable discussion on entertainment law, 1997.
  • Listed as one of the 25 Los Angeles attorneys “Who Shouldn’t be Ashamed of Themselves” by Los Angeles magazine, 1994.
