  • Successfully defended numerous general contractors, construction managers and owners of large commercial properties in jury trials involving premises liability and New York Labor Law claims.
  • Successfully represented large private investment lender in multi-million dollar breach of fiduciary duty and lender liability lawsuit.
  • Successfully defended partner in case involving claims of breach of fiduciary duty and undue influence.
  • Successfully obtained a jury verdict for our client, a major construction company, in a complex matter involving a personal injury claim at a construction site. The claims for contractual and common law indemnification against our client were also dismissed.
