  • Prepared and filed hundreds of PERM applications, for EB-3 and EB-2 filings, with broad experience in the healthcare, telecommunications, and information technology industries.
  • Counseled clients on immigration enforcement issues, I-9 compliance, and E-Verify regulations at the Federal and State level.
  • Worked with professional athletes and entertainers on P-1, O-1, and EB-1 petitions.
