  • Served as counsel in single plaintiff, multi-plaintiff and class action lawsuits, including employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour, breach of contract and other tort claims.
  • Successfully represented clients involved in DFEH and EEOC investigations.
  • Participated in numerous successful settlement negotiations.
  • Drafted employee handbooks, employment agreements and various personnel policies.
  • Provided employment counseling with respect to leaves of absence, accommodating disabilities, terminations and other personnel actions.
  • Provided pro bono employment law advice to numerous non-profit organizations.
