Representative Matters

• Managed numerous multi-million dollar litigation matters for Korean clients in the U.S. resulting in multi-million dollar settlements and judgments in favor of his clients.
• Negotiated, reviewed or drafted various construction contracts, such as owner-prime contractor agreements, prime contractor-subcontractor agreements, architects agreements for a power plant and a manufacturing plant and other commercial buildings, advised/handled negotiations from the inception of request for proposal and bidding for many construction projects, including hotels, shopping centers, etc.
• Handled a number of litigation matters for Korean multinational companies and U.S. companies, representing contractors and subcontractors. Successfully mediated, and obtained a seven-digit settlement, for a Korean multinational corporation in connection with a power plant project in the U.S.
• Has flown approximately a million miles to and from different parts of the world handling various matters, including negotiating construction related contracts and litigation matters.
• Managed numerous multi-million dollar litigation matters for Korean clients in the U.S. 
• Represented numerous companies in trademark disputes, patent, and copyright infringement litigation, including internationally renowned companies.
• Advised Korean and Japanese corporate clients on U.S. employment, entertainment, banking, antitrust, trade, custom, trademark, and copyright laws and compliance with various government agencies.
• Handled re-structuring of multi-national corporations.
• Negotiated and prepared Agreement on Supply of a Light Water Reactor Project to the DPRK between the KEDO and the Government of DPRK.
