Mr. Drozdowski also advises individuals and tax-exempt clients regarding the drafting and administration of charitable remainder trusts, charitable lead trusts, annuity agreements, residential remainder agreements, and other philanthropic transfer devices.

• Provided a famous national charitable organization access to several million dollars in restricted funds by successfully petitioning to modify the restriction.
