• Currently representing studio and executive producer against claims of wrongful termination by actress whose character was written off television series.
• Currently representing major licensor of children's entertainment properties against breach of contract claims arising out of disputes over credit and production rights.
• Represented award-winning interior design company in lawsuit against former client for misappropriation of company's design plans and breach of contract.
• Counsel for major furniture designer and manufacturer in trademark infringement and misappropriation litigation filed by Marlon Brando Estate and Clint Eastwood.
• Represented major licensor of children's entertainment properties against claims of breach of contract and fraud arising out of alleged licensing of trademark.
• Represented national clothing manufacturer against claims of copyright infringement and vicarious copyright infringement.
• On behalf of record company, recently awarded summary judgment with respect to dispute over royalties allegedly owed to artist by third-party.
• Represented large record company in two purported copyright infringment cases in California.  Both resolved favorably.
• Successfully represented TV production company in royalty dispute concerning the licensing of television programs, which resulted in a favorable award for client.
• Representation of leading global publisher of mobile video games in royalty dispute arising out of licensing of trademarks.
• Represented national clothing manufacturer against claims of sexual harassment and wrongful termination.
• Represented national brokerage firm against claims of wrongful termination.  Resolved favorably.
• Successfully prosecuted fraud claims for international client in state and bankruptcy court, including acting as lead counsel at trial and on appeal.
• Member of litigation team that successfully represented author, publisher, and media outlets against defamation claims arising from the biography of a high-profile pop singer in trial court and on appeal.
• Member of litigation team that successfully represented owner of nightclub in a breach of contract and tortious interference dispute, which resulted in a seven-figure judgment for client.
