He has spent the last 20 years, since graduating with a degree in Finance from Santa Clara University, working in a variety of industries, including software, banking, non-profit, professional services and manufacturing on diverse transactions, ranging from an IPO to venture financings to acquisitions and sales operations. Mr. Gold has worked for companies ranging in size from pre-revenue to $700 million and pre-IPO to public, exposing him to enterprises going through business reorganization, start-up phases and high-growth scaling.
